History of Us

Kylee is a proudly Noongar-owned and operated supplier of high-quality construction materials and workforce solutions.

Our Managing Director led the first and only Indigenous safety wholesaler in Australia, bringing quality and integrity back into the workwear industry. As offerings expanded, so did the purpose, evolving to ensure customers could source everything they need to run their business from a trusted Indigenous supplier.

From January 2020, our small yet dedicated team supplied over 40 million masks and medical PPE products to the Australian Government during an extraordinarily challenging period, first into remote areas during the Bushfire crisis and then throughout the COVID-19 pandemic amid critical nationwide shortages.

This experience opened the door to a vastly expanded product offering, including a wide range of cutting-edge medical PPE, eco-friendly reusable respiratory products, PET anti-virus bags, hygiene products, eco-friendly promotional merchandise, advanced hand protection, and a new range of Rip-Stop shirts, among many other solutions.

Rebranded and reimagined, Kylee has partnered with leading businesses to strengthen and empower the Indigenous supply network across the construction industry. We provide workforce and materials solutions that honour the heritage of Indigenous Australians while supporting the continued growth of the built environment.

Our rich heritage is woven into everything we do, from our unwavering commitment to customer experience to enriching our communities through meaningful work. We are proud supporters of local community groups and work tirelessly to uplift Aboriginal people through a range of cultural activities.

Our Mission

Kylee exists to empower Indigenous supply across every dimension of Australia’s construction sector, from skilled labour hire and permanent recruitment through to materials and logistics, placing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, businesses, and communities at the heart of the industry.

Guided by the values and wisdom of First Nations peoples, and supported by dedicated Cultural Advisors and specialist Indigenous recruiters, we ensure that cultural safety and respect are embedded in everything we do. We believe that true prosperity is shared prosperity, and that by connecting the construction industry’s needs with a genuine commitment to Indigenous empowerment, we can drive lasting economic and social change for individuals, families, and communities.

Kylee is more than a labour hire company, a recruiter, or a materials supplier, we are a movement dedicated to reshaping how the construction industry engages with and supports First Nations peoples across the entire supply chain.

Our Values

Respect for Country

Every innovation begins with honouring Boodja (land, waters, skies, and all life).

Relational Knowledge

Katitjin (knowledge) is living, purposeful, and shared; we build systems that connect, not divide.

Community First

Our strategies are guided by Moort (family, kin, and more-than-human relations).

Sustainability

We honour the six seasons, learning from their rhythms to steward resources with care.

Our Approach

Beautifully crafted leather products.

Our approach is unique.

Guided by the principles and knowledge of Australia’s First Nations peoples, and supported by dedicated Cultural Advisors and specialist Indigenous recruiters, we believe that employment and supply are not just transactions; they are living connections between people, community, and purpose.

From skilled labour hire and permanent recruitment through to materials sourcing and logistics, Kylee offers an integrated suite of workforce and supply solutions that empowers organisations to build stronger, more inclusive, and more sustainable project teams.

We don’t just fill roles and fulfil orders; we build partnerships, create opportunity, and walk alongside our clients and communities to deliver outcomes that are lasting, meaningful, and grounded in something greater than the bottom line.
